You retain full ownership of the data you upload. InsightStack does not claim any rights to your financial data. We process it solely to provide the service you requested.

InsightStack is provided without warranty. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated insights. The service is a tool to assist analysis, not a substitute for professional financial advice.

7. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
